    3. Hi, I have a Hugh Porter of North Carolina whose son James, wife Hannah Hamilton, Porter came to Williamson, Co., TN. He is believed to be the brother of Reese Porter, however, there is a chance that they are brothers; James was killed in route to Williamson Co., TN making his records a bit less complete than I would like them to be for research purposes. I can't give you an exact date but I believe he was killed in about 1789, we are in the process of a little move and all my records have not caught up with me yet, in Eaton also know as Heaton Springs, in Robertson Co., TN. If there is a chance we could help each other please let me know and I will be more than happy to share what ever information that I have with anyone.
