Looking for info on Canada/Kennedy family. John Kennedy and Elizabeth S. Thurman were married in Rutherford Co. 7-26-1850. Elizabeth's parents were Wiley and Elizabeth Lee-Thurman. I was in Murfreesboro week of Thanksgiving and found their marriage record, but was unable to obtain a copy of application for marriage license as all the records from 1850 were burned during the War.
