Could your Fagon/Fagan also have been spelled Feagan by some? I have an Elizabeth Feagan who md. Charles T. Harris of Wilson Co. TN and later Henry Co. TN, where they are both buried. Their daughter Amanda Margaret md 1) Adam A. HOPE who was killed in the Civil War and 2) Robert A. Carson. Adam's parents Elizabeth "Betsy" Puckett and David Beattie Hope were md. in Rutherford Co. in 1824.
