I know very little about my White line. Just info from 1850 census showing William White, age 53, farmer, born in Va. He was married to Martha ?nee b. in NC, age 36. Their children Dorothy A. 7 b. TN, Nancy J. 4 born in TN, Charles W. 2 born in TN. I wonder if he is related to the Rick H. White just 4 houses down from him since families lived close to each other in that time period. I am descended from Dorothy A. White who married Thomas Marion Cooke in 1858.
