Hello Friends, Still researching: ALEXANDER, ALFORD, BARRETT, HOOVER, and WARD My Alexanders show up in Rutherford (From Smith County) between 1840 and 1850, and remain there until late 1890s, when many of them, along with some Alfords and Barretts, moved to Texas.
