Some of the Jetton family and Kelton family traveled from N.Carolina to Rutherford together and there were several marriages between these two families. The book "My People the Keltons" by Lorene Kelton Petersen is available for free download at the BYU Harold B. Lee library site. Not only did I get some good info on my ancestors (White, Jetton, Lowe, Kelton)it also has some Rutherford history. Jane Jetton who married a kirk was another early one. John Jetton II is another. John Lewis Jetton was another. Rachael who married a Kelton was another. Robert White Jetton was another.
