Boil a hen about 4-5 lbs and cut up meat as for salad (save broth). Put chopped meat in a pot and mix in 2 cups canned corn, 1 cup canned butterbeans drained, 1/2 cup canned green peas drained, 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, a 14 oz. bottle of catsup, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 or more cups of the chicken broth as needed. Mix all ingredients and simmer covered VERY slowly about 30 minutes. It should be thick enough to eat with a fork. Good over cornbread. Serves 8.
