Janet Ferris of woodbridge, VA Page 226 Aug 11, 1763 from Abraham Vaughn of L and the Parish of Cornwall, to Joseph Friend of same, for 300 E, all that messuage of land whereon said Vaughn(lives), 180 acres on both sides Twittys Creek together with 100 acres adjoining the said land that the said Vaughn of William Thomason adjoining the land bought by the said Vaughn of the said James Shelton, the whole of the 3 tracts containing about 380 acres bounded by Martin Palmor, Joseph Friend, the Glebe land, Rob Guillum, Robert Davis, James Taylor's entry, Thomas Pourtwood.
