Is anyone out there researching the Couts family? I'm not related in any way but thought I might share an article that came out in the Sunday Los Angeles Times Newspaper. It doesn't say where in TN the family is from but if anyones interested I'll get it typed up and over to you. The two Gentlemen mentioned are Cave Johnson Couts and his brother William Blount Couts.
