Nashvlle- Tom Fields,who was tried this morning in police court on a charge of shooting R.L.Bates,was bound over to criminal court.Argument for Fields application for bail will be heard by Judge J.B.D.Debow Tuesday morning.It is alleged that Fields passed by Bates' drink stand and fired on him,killing him.
