What are some of the names of the Nash families that you are looking for? My mother's maiden name is Nash. I descend thru Rhoda Nash from NC. Haven't gotten past Rhoda yet although she is probably connected to William Nash, who was living in White Co., TN in 1840, as Rhoda is living around his family in the 1850 White Co., TN census. Some researchers think that Rhoda is possibly married to a son of William & Lucy Nash. Rhoda Nash had 4 children that went by the Nash name; John E., Newton H. [my g-g-grandfather], Charlotta & Albert. Rhoda apparently married a Birt Parks as she is listed as Rhoda Parks in the 1850 White Co., TN census where she is now living around the William Nash families. Rhoda had 2 sons & a daughter from this marriage; J. Riley, George A. & Lucinda. There is a Nash Cem. in the 8th Dist. of Putnam Co., TN where a lot of Newton Henderson Nash's line is buried. Newton Henderson Nash married America Lafever and both are buried at this Nash Cemetery.
