    3. Hi, There's a Bethel, TN in Anderson County, Carroll County, Cheatham County, DeKalb County, Giles County, Haywood County, Maury County and Perry County. (Are you confused yet?) There's a New Bethel in Fayette County, McMinn County and Sullivan County. Bethel Springs is in McNairy County. And Elbethel is in Bedford County. (Now, I'll bet you're confused.)
