I found out my Gfather was born in TEXAS in 1850 (Red River County). I always thought he & family originated in TN!! Do not know when they moved to TN. They both died in the 1918 flu epidemic. My grandmother, a neighbor, helped care for them. They appear to be in their early twenties.
