Hi Wanda, Are you planning on taking a crusie down the Clinch River? Please don't take offense. I just put a book written by family member Elmo M Woolsey on our Woolsey website in which Elmo talks about the Clinch River where he lived as a boy. It sounded like a nice place to be on a warm summer afternoon but terrible in the rainy season. Elmo's father was a Methodist minister and Elmo tells about the places and people in the areas in which they lived. He talks of Emory Gap, Silverdale, Dunlap, Mt. Vernon, Evensville - and a few more that I don't recall at the moment. Our families mentioned include the Woolseys, Goddards, and Margraves. I'm always interested in the family members and if you have information that you would like to share I would appreciate. The website URL is: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~woolsey/books/movingon/movingon.htm l A thank you to everyone who contributes to TNROANE mailing list. I've enjoyed being a list member.
