William M. Scarbrough was born Tn. Would you have any info him or where I could find info of his birth. He was born Jul 1854. His parents were both from Tn. He married a woman in IL named Rebecca Archey. Could you tell me where to look I think he died in Ar. Yell ,Logan ,or Scott co.
