    3. Especially true in that area where Rhea & Meigs meet Roane County. I thought a brother of my 2nd ggf had disappeared from the face of the earth after being on the Rhea County census for 1870. When LDS put 1880 census online, I found him over in Meigs County. ALWAYS pays to check adjoining & nearby counties.
