Folks, I am searching for any info about the Ayres/Ayers Family in Roane Co., or other counties. John Ayres b. @ 1806 in KY married Martha Jane Perrine b. @ 1810. They were married 02 July 1829 in Roane Co., TN. Martha Jane Perrine was the daughter of Henry Perrine and Elizabeth Longacre. Elizabeth was the daughter of Benjamin Longacre Sr., judge in Roane Co. Have not been able to find anyone before John Ayres. John Ayres had a nephew named Vinson Montgomery Ayres, I am not sure of his parents either.
