Hello list, I am researching Quinton Nix Rice, married to Frances S. Clack possibly in Roane Co. She was the daughter of Major John Clack Rev. War Veteran. They had two sons born in Tenn. County unknown. Spencer C. Rice, Rufus N. Rice. At sometime they moved to Mississippi had 4 more sons Lafayette, James R. (my gg-grandfather), Granville, and President. According to the 1850 Census in Bradley Co. Arkansas the date of birth for Quinton and Frances was 1800.I have info on Frances, but none on Quinton, looking for his parents name and any other information I can get on him.
