If anyone does have access to the library, could they also check for a death record of my husband's grandfather, WILLIAM BENJAMIN ROSS, who died around 1909/10 but whose death certificate has never been located? He and his family were living around Coalfield, but we also know that his children attended school in Kingston at one point after his death. Just another possibility we don't want to pass up . . .
