Hi Donna, I enjoy doing lookups, but in this case it will not be possible. As far as anyone knows there is no 1890 census for any county or any state, just the Veteren's and Widows census. By 1900 only a widow, Sarah Brock, is listed in Rhea County and none of the Children you mention are in her household.
