There have been family rumors that Francis A. McCabe had a daughter with a woman named Long, and that she was not the Mary Jane Long that he married. The daughter's name is Jennie McCabe, and rumor has it that she married an Alley. A list of tombstones in Wolf Creek Cemetery, done in 1979 by Miss Bessie Walker says: "Jennie McCabe Alley, wife of Jim Alley. Does anyone know anything about this?
