I'm not a Preston descendant, just have a picture of the old house before it was torn down in 1841 to make way for Watts Bar Lake. My Clack ancestors bought the place from the Prestons and lived in it until TVA came along. Ironic as it may be, the water did not cover where the house was sitting but the house was gone anyway. In fact, there's other houses sitting on the exact same spot today. Edna Clack
