    3. Does anyone on the list have access to deeds or land records? I am trying to verify some information. 1827 John Masoner is taxed for 160 acres, his son Isaac has 480 acres, and another son, Tavenor has 160 acres. 1828 and 1829 tax list shows John and Isaac with 560 acres. Tavenor is supposed to have sold his land to Isaac and went to GA. I need to find copies of the deeds or land records to verify this information. The 1830 Rhea Co. census shows John Masoner with 1 male 30-40 and 1 male 60-70; 1 female 5-10, 1 female 30-40, 1 female 70-80 Some family researchers say that this is John Masoner, Jr. (no record found by me of a John, Jr.), with John, Sr. living with him. I disagree and believe that it is John Masoner, born 1760-1770, wife Massie (Runyon), living with them would be son, Tavenor with an unknown first wife and young daughter. I am searching for proof that Tavenor went to GA and was not in Rhea Co. in 1830. He is not listed on the 1830 GA census index. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
