Hello everyone! My name is Donna (Brock) Strong and I am currently researching my father's family, the Brocks. My grandfather, William Coleman Brock, Sr., was born on February 24, 1886 in (from what I can decifer) Rhea Springs, Rhea Co., TN to James and Sarah (Ivy) Brock. I am trying to determine dates of birth for my great-grandparents, as well as places of birth. I have stumbled upon a Sarah Ivy in Rutherford Co., TN, born in 1849. I believe she is the one; however, I have found no information whatsoever on James Brock. I am also trying to verify a marriage date for the two.
