I've posted this old advertising card with the picture of Winnie Davis on it, referred to as "The Daughter of the Confederacy." Can someone tell me if she was the daughter or granddaughter of Jefferson Davis? If not, why was she referred to that way? It was copyrighted in 1888. Some tell me this pictured scanned beautifully, others say it's a mess. Hope it comes up clear on your monitor, she's a beauty. Edna Clack
