Most of the families I am researching were in Jackson Co. spilling over into Putnam, White, etc. I would really like to hear from anyone searching the following YOUNG family. I will be happy to exchange info. James Young was in Jackson Co. early 1800s. He died 1845. Who was his wife? Some say Rhoda Hudson. I would like to see any sources for this. His children were: Eli, b. ca. 1785, d. 1856, m. Rachael Saylors - Have some descendants for this. James B., b. ca. 1785, d. after 1870. Who did he marry? Any descendants out there? Elizabeth, b. ca. 1790, m. Jonas Elliott, son of Archibald. Moved to Mo. Robert, b. ca 1790, d. 1847-50, m. Barbara Gallion. Would love to hear from desc. Hutson, b. ca 1789, d. ca. 1840, m. Jane Prior. Would love to hear from descendants. Little Berry, b. 1801, d. 1872, m. Winnie Walker. My line. Who was Winnie Walker? Martha Polly, b. 1802, d. 1830, m. James Stroud. Any descendants out there? Please! John Henry, b. 1804, d. 1864, m. Elizabeth Bullington. Moved to Ark. Have descend's Worley, b. 1809, d. 1859, m. Rebecca McClelland. Love to hear from any descend's Family tradition says that Winnie Walker was the daughter of Long Walker (indian) and Elizabeth (called Beck). They had a farm on Blackburn's Fork.
