Hello Everyone, I'd like to take a minute to welcome all of you to the Putnam County Mailing List. This list was just created last week. Right now we have about 20 subscribers. I am doing everything that I can to build this list up so that we can help each other out in our quest discovering our roots. Rootsweb just got the listing up on their server. I have written Charles Reeves, the TNGenWeb Putnam County Host, and he is going to list the mailing list in his pages. I have written Fred Clark, and he is going to list the mailing list in the Upper Cumberland Researcher. John Fuller, who maintain the web site "Genealogy Resources on the Internet," is going to list the mailing list on his Tennessee Mailing List pages. I am currently the host for two counties at the TNGenWeb Site: Loudon and Campbell. I also host the Tennessee Tombstone Transcription pages. However, my heart lies (and will always lie) in Putnam County Genealogy. I just wanted to say welcome and that I hope we can help each other out, Mitzi Freeman
