Help.... I'm looking for spouses for 2 of my RUNION ladies. Both were daughters of James RUNION and Mary SMITH. We have copies of two letters written by Mary Smith RUNION from MO, stating that her daughters, Margaret and Susan, were married and living in TN {presumably still in POLK Co}. Margaret married prior to the 1860 census and was born c1836 {based on census of 1850, where she was listed as Thomas age 14). Susan was age 28 (or 22) and still living with her parents in 1860, Polk Co. - she was 12 in the 1850 Polk Co. census. Do any of you have a Margaret {born c1836} or a Susan {born c1838} that married into one of your families that could be one of my RUNION girls? Do any of you have families that moved to MO about 1869-1870? Another daughter of James and Mary RUNION married in McMinn Co., TN and then again in Franklin Co., MO.
