Edward and Rachel Charleson emigrated to America in 1917. They spent at least the next two years and possibly four in Ducktown. Probably early in 1921 and certainly not later Rachel Charleson was killed in an accident probably on a boat , leaving her husband as a widower. After spending a few months back in England Edward Charleson returned to America at the end of 1921 and settled permanently in W. Pennsylvania, initially in Pittsburgh but he may have moved to Greenville. I still don't know how or when he died or the precise circumstances of his wife's death. Any help gratefully accepted. I'm sorry I'm not more useful to others who have sent messages.
