Mullins (b. 5/14/1880, d. 5/19/1961, buried at J.C. Mullins Cemetery in Overton County) married James Willet Spicer (b. 3/23/1873, d. 1/26/1955, buried at Fellowship Cemetery, Overton County, TN.
