Hi all. Anyone here who descends from William Parson and Lucy Pierce? I just discovered another child of theirs that I was not aware of. I discovered this in an 1878 Clinton Co., KY death record. Her name was Serena or Cerena. She was born about 1822, according to her death record. Her husband, per the 1870 Clinton Co., KY census was Arthur H. Pierce, who was also born about 1822. William and Lucy lived in that part of Overton Co. which became Pickett Co. Other known children of William Parsons and Lucy Pierce were: James C. Parson, born 1819 John Cally Parsons born 1825 Suzannah Parsons born 1826 Elizabeth Parsons born 1833. We can now ad Cerena to that list. Also, it should be noted that Cerena's mother's first name was actually listed as "Lucinda" on the death record. Previously, I have never seen it listed as anything other than Lucy.
