If your ancestors were not on the DAWES COMMISSION Book and there CDIB references then you really cannot claim you are of Native American. Alot of Indians back then would not even say they were Indian. There alot of people on this Website that are rude and should be a shame of there self. First of all if you "Family", says you are a decendent of CornBlossom or any other Indians. Then I would ask them to prove it. First, where's there Grandparents or others Certificate of Degree of Indain Blood. Also, If you are so called related then you should try to get a copy of your ancesters Department Of the Interior. Commission To The Five Civilized Tribes. Cherokee Nation. Your ancesters should be on there with a ROLL number. I have documents to show my family on the Daws Roll. My sibling and I are also. We are directly related to Chief Double head his wife Creat Priber. There child Cornblossom. Creat Priber's parents Gottilieb and Clogoittah, Her parents Cheif Moytoy and his Father Great Eagle. Clogoittah brother was Oconostota(Have pic). CornBlossom married George (Jacab) Troxell(Big Jake). There children were Peter and Betsy (They had more).
