Ronald, Yes, gggrandfather John Little did marry Sarah Reneau and had one daughter. What I have is that John and Elizabeth Barker married in Lee CO. VA. I'm sure that John was born in TN. A couple of the children were born in Virginia, one being Vastine Stickly (Stickley?). Stickley is the name of the town and also the surname of a family there, so maybe named after one of them. John and Elizabeth went to TN just after 1850, so not on the census there. The old home place is the orginal place they settled as for as I have ever heard. I would love to talk to the son of Martha and Millard. He must have so many memorie's and maybe even some old picture's I could pay for copie's. Can you give me his name and addresss? Frances, myggrandmother married Hardy Jenkins Tompkins, had several children and then moved to Indian Territory. Hardys name is made up of three of the surname's in the family and I think they all lived in tnat area forever. We are related to the Little's, T! ompkins' Garretts, Foster's, Hardy's, Jenkins. Reneau's and Pierce. I would love to hear family storie's of how they lived, who fought in the war's, etc. Name's and date's alone get pretty boring sometime's. A lady sent me a picture of John and Elizabeth with two of their children. One is mt ggrandmother Frances, but they had her name wrong and the youngest child, a son named Napoleon Bonaparte, which is correct. It's a newpaper clipping from 1865 (I think). If you don't have a copy, I can send you one. I understand that there are a couple of book's on Overton and Pickett Co. Also about Byrdstown and area. I think Oakgrove is the actual old home place Hope to hear from you soon. Hi all. Over the years, I have collected over 4,000 pages of documents pertaining to Branham, Brannum, Branam, Brandon, Brannon, etc. These documents consit of many types of things, ranging from pension files, marriage records, census records, court cases of all kinds, death records, county history items, deeds, wills, probates, etc., etc. I have scanned every single page of documentation that I have to a huge adobe acrobat file. I have also created "clickable" bookmarks for each item, which are alphabetized by name, making it easy for me to locate documents pertaining to any individual. Occasionally, I have had the oportunity to be of some help to other Branham (and various spellings) researchers. Most of my research covers those Branham's (and various spellings) in VA, NC, TN, IL, MO, and KY. Maybe I can be of some help to others. I have placed a form on the Branham Branches webpage which will allow folks to submit a little info on their Branham ancestor to me. Upon receiving those requests, I will then check my 4,000 pages of documents to see if I have anything that may link to your Branham ancestor. Please do not respond to this email. Instead, go to the webapge at www.digginbones.com/branham-branches . You will see a link on the left side of the page that says "Branham Ancestors". Click that link, and submit your request. Be sure to check out the rest of the webpage while you are there. Rex Bertram 132 S. I would love to see any photographs you have. Thanks for the contact. This is wonderful. I understand the family lived in what is now Charlottesville, Virginia (near Thomas Jefferson's Monticello) and owned a bit of land there. Grandmother Little's mom was a physician, I believe, in Kentucky. She and Grandfather met, married in Overton, Tennessee, and moved to Ft. Payne.

Hi, There are several Groce's in the Clinton County, KY area but I don't know if they have reunions or not. I know they did several years ago. You may have some closer relatives in that area. We have a reunion of my grandfather, Ben Eston's , descendents in even-numbered years.
