Hi...Rose was actually checking this out for me...My GG Grandfather was Fielding Smith b. 1831 TN... His F. Elijah b. 1800 TN....Can't find a connection to the Fielding that you mention...He & Elijah might be related..cousins? Doesn't look like they could be brothers...(Interesting that my Fielding also had a son named Henry).
