Do you have the parent's of Dona? My gr-gr-grandparents were Wilson R. JOHNSON and Savina GALTON. Wilson was b. June 8, 1912, in KY and d. Dec 28, 1905, in Clay Co., TN. Savina was b. Jan 7, 1816, in TN and d. Apr 22, 1889, in Clay Co., TN. I believe Savina had ties to KY but can't make a connection. If you ever come across any GALTON'S I would appreciate the info. Also, any info on the LAXTON'S in KY. Dona must have had a connection to Overton. I have other JOHNSON'S I'm researching and would like to see if I can connect her to one of them.
