Hi Ron Hall, You know, I do not know. This is the first time I have realized that there were two different Cook----- towns in TN. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I have a copy of an old Civil War picture of my great grandfather, Felix Hickman Bilbrey, who was the son of Binom Bilbrey and Elizabeth last name unknown. Written on the picture is his name and the year 1861 and his age of 20 which would make him born in 1841. Somewhere else I have found a birthdate of 10 August 1841 for him. I cannot remember where I got it but hope I documented the source at the time. Anyway, also on the picture is written Overton Co., TN.

The reason I know is my Mother was born in Cookplace, Overton Co., and our daughter was born in Cookville, Putnam Co., Ron Hall
