I beleave that your Thomas Carr may have been a brother to my John Carr, both were from Va. and close to the same age. Alot of their children had the same nome.

I believe that Thomas and John were probably brothers or at least closely related. In the 1850 census a granddaughter of John Carr was staying at the home of Thomas Carr. The girl was Minerva Pritchett daughter of Mary Ann "Polly" Carr and Thomas Pritchett Billy D. Carr
