I agree with Ronald. But, I have used Ancestrial Quest for years and each year the price for upgrading went up and up. I was told about PAF from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. It is exactly like Ancesteral Quest and is free. You can do charts, have different files and it is very easy to use. Also if you have problems you can go to your closest family history center and they will help you get started. Again for free. If you would like to try it go to familysearch.org and go to free programs. The information you put on your computer cannot go to anyone including the church. You have to submitt it. I have over 23,000 names in my program and have not ever had a problem with it. I did with Ancestral Quest. Just note that you should be careful.
