Anna, Tennessee has what is called a Blue Book concerning the state history and its people. I wonder if Kentucky would have the same thing. You might try the state archive in Frankfort. His parents old home, built of large logs over 100 years ago and a large log barn were blown to bits, the house was blown north and the barn south showing the whirl of the wind.
