    3. Gary, I got Joel Perry Windle POW letter sent to him by his brother A. L. from Johnson's Island POW Camp. At the time of this letter Joel Perry was at Fort Delaware POW Camp. We also have some post war pictures of Joel Perry, Elizabeth Ann (Sewell) Windle and his son William Porter Windle. If you do not have this information we will make it available for you.     3. Harold & Doug, I do not have any of that information on Joel Perry Windle. I will be glad to give you credit for any information you might share for publication. That is the only way I can hope to bring together the pictures and manuscripts to make the book a hit. I am now working on an old store ledger from the 1870's. Alfred Lafayette Windle bought up people's debts at a local store. I am not sure what he got from them in exchange, but he seemed to have control of lots of capital. Gary D. Norris > From: "N.
