This was Thomas Chilton (1798-1854). He was elected 1827-1828, 1829-1830, 1833-1834 as a Representative from KY. He was listed in the Biographical Directory of the US Congress as being in the Anti-Jacksonian Party. He was a good friend of David Crockett from TN and helped him with his autobiography.
