If you are refering to the applications, in themselves they do give all pertinent information [birth, location, etc.], the index does not. You could go by state to determine your ancestor, as the applications were submitted in 1907, the census could verify the person. Also at one time I obtained a microfilm from the Family History Center on loan that gave some information on the people making these applications. You can find these microfilms by doing a search of "Guion Miller rolls" on the LDS site. As for as those approved for citizenship, the message boards should point you in the right direction.
