Dale, I've been working vigorously on Roysden Roberson...still much to do. Yes, he's buried in France Cemetery, as is his wife Alsy(many spellings) and several of his children. I have list of children, 3 wives, him in several censuses, his will, ...what I haven't confirmed is his father (though I have hints, no proof), mother's maiden name, etc. I am descended from his son Haywood Clifton Roberson who left Tennessee after his marriage in Overton Co to Amy Sehon in 1900, came to Colorado and ran a livery stable for the mines in Altman, Colo and Ouray, Colo, and then came to Goldfield, Nevada in 1907 where he was elected County Clerk and Treasurer until his death in 1929. If you'd like any of what I have, I'd be glad to send you details...just let me know. And if anyone has more info, I'd love it, hints and all. The photo you mentioned would be great. We were in Livingston/Monterey/Sparta, etc. this summer and visited his grave...we ran out of time too soon.
