    3. I have the following information about my ancestor. Josiah Brown and his wife, Polly made the following declaration in Clinton County Missouri the 28th of April 1838: Know all men by these presents that we Josiah Brown and Polly Brown his wife of the county of Clinton and State of Missouri have made and constituted and appointed Benjamin Harrison of Overton County and State of Tennessee our true and lawful attorney for us and in our names to act demand sue for recover and receive of and from the administrator or guardian of the estate of John Richardson deceased of the county of Overton and State of Tennessee........ BIOGRAPHY: State of Missouri} Clinton County}ss Personally came before me the undersigned Clerk of the County Court within and for the county aforesaid Josiah Brown and Polly Brown his wife and acknowledged the foregoing instrument of writing to be there act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned she the said Polly Brown being examined separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged that she executed the same voluntarily freely and without compulsion or under influence of her said husband. Witness my hand and private seal no seal provided of court at office this 28th April 1838. Solomon Kinzey Clerk R. R. Where can I obtain information about John Richardson? 3. Who was the administrator or guardian of the estate of John Richardson? 4. Who inherited John Richardson's land? 5.
