Supposedly, Sally was the housekeeper and was Cherokee. Their daughter, Ida May Oakley Brown wife of Marvin Colquitt Brown and he are my grandparents. Ida & Marvin ran the Brown's General Store and Postoffice in Booze, TN until she died in 1947. He died a few years later.
