You are definitely decendants of my husband John Franklin Hankins's G Grandparents. Your John Wesley Estes (born March 05, 1846) and Marinda, Marina (Rhyney) Day Estes were the parents of my husbands grandmother Henry Leona (Onie) Estes Hankins. She was the youngest of ten children. She had a sister Minnie J Estes born Dec. 04, 1882, that married Joe Downing. They did move from Obion TN and settle in the Portageville area. Onie is buried in the Portageville cemetary.
