Can anyone tell me anything about the R.P. HICKS that was a JP in Obion Co. around 1907? On a marriage of J.M. HICKS and Maud GLOVER on Feb. 7, 1907 it has as the attesting official, R.P. HICKS, JP. Would appreciate any information on any of the above names. Thanks so much, Rita
