Parker who married Permelia Caroline Laird. This couple never lived in Obion County. There is incorrect info floating around about this. I have researched both families and published a book and will be glad to furnish info to anyone that needs it. Also help them to find the right one. John F. Parker was born in Gibson County, Tn. and married Permelia Caroline Laird in Massac County, Illinois.
