Faye, I don't know if this is part of your DUGGER line, but did you know that there was a Thomas DUGGER and a W.W. DUGGER, who were both a J.P. in Massac County, IL? I know that W.W. is listed a being the J.P. for marriages around 1880 and Thomas was listed as the J.P. for marriages later. Please contact me off the list if you need any further help.
