I am looking for info on my grandfather Walter DICKS/DICKERSON. I believe he was born in TN, possibly in Obion. He was born about 1909 and married Daisy Mae PAYNE in Tunica Co., MS in June of 1929. They had one child, Walter Harold DICKERSON and lived in Memphis, TN. After his marriage to my grandmother and sometime before my dad was born in 1931 he changed his name from DICKS to DICKERSON.
